What is your practice policy?
- You have the right to information and the choice concerning the process.
- You have the right to confidentiality and I assure you of this. Exceptional circumstances, including safety risks, may require me to disclose information or involve others. In such a case, I would discuss this with you before taking action.
- Please discuss any payment difficulties with me as, in certain circumstances, flexible options may be possible.
How much do sessions cost?
In terms of fees, I work on a flat rate per session. For individuals, the cost is R780 per session. For couples/families, the cost is R820 per session. For home visits, the cost is R900 per session. For special requests, you can contact me directly.
How long are your sessions?
The first session can take up to 1.5 hours. Thereafter, sessions will last an hour.
How does payment work?
Payment is required in cash at the first session and then by EFT within 7 days for sessions thereafter. If you have medical aid, please settle the bill and then claim from your medical aid thereafter.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please be aware that 24 hours’ notice of cancellation of appointments is required in order to avoid full payment of the session as penalty.
What are your hours?
Normal operating hours are generally between 9:30am to 5:30pm during the week, although I am somewhat flexible and in certain circumstances clients can be accommodated outside of these times.
